Huge grats again to all the racers, OTQers!

Responses:
HHW + GFMAH: Yeah I'm definitely not too keen on studio runs, if I'm attending it's usually for social reasons with other people. I tend not to actually follow the instructions much, just improvise based on the intervals scheduled and create my own workout on the fly. Still fun and passes the time quick though to be around a bunch of other people working out!
Sub 6:00: I think I have a 4mi and or 5K sometime in Feb. Good reminder, I definitely would like to bust some rust sometime soon

Comments:
Stone: Really strong looking quality and volume. Starting to look at any goal races?
HHW: Crazy impressive long run workout! 2020 is going to be a big year for you I can feel it
moke: Great week and workouts. I always find doubling to be more of a logistical challenge than physical (since I usually do really easy, shorter doubles), if you can find a way to fit it you definitely could!
GFMAH: Keep on keeping with the healthy progression
AJ: Looking forward to watching you on the big screen duking it out with the chumps :). You are crushing these weeks
OR: Nice to hear the track felt better -- hope you can find more opportunities like that and keep the happy running while staying healthy
GT: Great week! I still have trouble doing mental math on 500s and 300s but looks blazin to me :p
RS: Congrats on the 50K -- 5th place!! Sounds bonkers
RRR: Nice work making the sales! Looking forward to catching you at some expo again this year
image: Great weeks!
PowSloke: Super solid week, great consistency on those mile reps
Sub 6:00: Jeez cranking it up to 114! Ha I did exactly the same thing when I was left unattended for a week last year. Either way have fun with the half next week!
TL: Great week! Solid tempo
Tyler: Great week and solid job pacing, the crew must have been very thankful!
stat: Beastin win, congrats -- solo too! Mind blowing speed as always
Illinois: Great races at the meet!
GB: 3 hours at the climbing gym! Sounds like a blast. How well do you feel climbing works with running? I did some bouldering back a few years ago but was not running at the time and really enjoyed the sport
drcrusher: Side aches are the worst! You'll get that tempo in stronger at a later date i'm sure
mdubs: Ultimately I always defer to listening to the body, so if you feel good could be nothing to worry about
HHH: Solid week!
BHV: Nice and consistent build
darkwave: Grats on the 3rd place AG! Sounds wild logistically with the corrals.
