"He took my power" was definitely hyperbole. "His life is ruined" is hyperbole on the same level.

He should have joined MGTOW.

This is not the end of the story, this dude is off. Anyone that spends that much time around young boys and likes slapping a$$ is gonna have hundreds of pics on his hard drive that he's not supposed to have. He's so used to playing grab a$$ at his youth "ministry" and with hos Boy Scouts that he forgot for a moment where he was.
No way this story ends well for him once they confiscate that laptop.
Dude is only charged with a misdemeanor. Law enforcement won't confiscate his computer unless there is evidence from other sources demonstrating this fella may have committed felonies.
To all those dudes who feel sympathetic to this guy, how many of you have slapped an unknown woman's butt?

Agreed 100%. This is gonna come back to bite her in the you know what. You can bet if I were him I'd do everything possible to dig into her past and can guarantee others who don't know either of them are already digging because this is such an over-the-top reaction.

I'm sympathetic to the guy, but haven't slapped an unknown woman's butt. Granted I've always been very introverted and have never been the touchy-feely type. However, many people are more extroverted and truly don't have bad intention doing that. What gets me is that a woman can slap a guy's butt and everyone laughs. And why not? Who really cares. But turn the tables and now we are arresting people for it? That is pathetic.

They have no reason to confiscate his laptop as far as we know.
I'm glad this Evil Monster is off the streets (bridges). But he got out for only 1300$?
You can buy whatever you want in USA these days.
They should also ban 5K marathons and the USA media to ensure this doesn't happen again.

He competes in CrossFit. That should be a good enough reason to sympathize with him.
https://heavy.com/news/2019/12/tommy-callaway-alex-bozarjian-video/I agree... no video... Why are there no details on this?? Was it (allegedly) left buttock [closer], right buttock [reach around], both buttocks [double whammy], or what? Given she claimed a so-called "slap and grab" [complicated maneuver] you'd think this would have been analyzed to death by now, but the silence is telling....
The video is hilarious and my feminist wife was also laughing her head off. Of course, we agree it was inappropriate--she was virtually blocking the course and everyone was doing exaggerated gestures in front of her--but not a huge deal.
Arse slapper, ex boy scout leader, involved in Cross Fit and promotes tobacco, I'm starting to wonder about Tommy.

AND "Callaway Is a Youth Group Leader at His Church" which makes me wonder about him even more.

The linked TMZ article doesn't mention it, but Ms. Bozarjian is being represented by Gloria Allred.
And why exactly does the reporter lady need a lawyer anyway? Isn't the DA pushing the criminal charges?
What exactly civil payola are they looking for? Shakedown to stop dragging the guy's name in the mud? Too late for that.

How is his life ruined? If you're not prepared to be humiliated yourself, maybe you should not take it upon yourself to humiliate other people.
An 8 year old knows you don't touch strangers on the behind. It's really not that hard.
Nobody feels sorry for this guy unless you harboring latent (or not so latent) 'sexual offender' tendencies.

Ah - classic! Nothing like admitting you’re a vindictive piece of garbage and feeling confident about it ?
Then, you have to love the double standard here.
You: “This is such an over-the-top reaction”
Also you: “I’m going to dig into her past and make her pay for getting her butt slapped”
Again, you’re trash ?
There’s a reason almost every post on social media is in support of the woman. Then, on this anonymous board, the trash comes out to play.
Says ALOT about most of you.
I'm betting if he actually owned up to what he did on live TV, including his intention to slap her ass, she would have dropped the charges.
His non apology has lead him to this point.

Completely agree. If he came out and apologized, either in a public letter or offering to do it in person directly to the victim (could you imagine the level of humiliation if he did both??), this reporter would have no choice but to forgive. We'd all learn a great lesson about stupidity, harassment, humility, and redemptive humanity. Otherwise, she would appear to be just another soulless, vindictive, holier-than-thou thug trading on her victimhood for notoriety

I have not.
However, knowing that people (me included) sometimes do stupid, spontaneous things without thinking it through, makes me sympathetic (not in the sense that he should suffer no consequences, but that it will be far in excess of what the act warrants).

Media and other assorted liberals could come down heavy on you too for not acknowledging her "mental anguish etc." You will not be subjected to legal matters --- but you may be verbally and physically accosted for voicing your opinion. You may also lose your job or business for being so insensitive. Good luck. It's a sick world we live in.
