I will take the under on 12 months behind bars. He did something stupid, but didn't physically harm anyone.
The linked TMZ article doesn't mention it, but Ms. Bozarjian is being represented by Gloria Allred.
Jussie should have said 2 guys grabbed his butt during the -25 deg. polar vortex last January, certainly would been more believable all other factors being considered.

I do not believe there actually is any film footage of said butt slap.

Callaway's public apology was a public confession. Before Callaway's public apology, there was not Beyond Reasonable Doubt evidence for a criminal case. Callaway's public confession gave D.A. a criminal case. There was not enough evidence for criminal case before apology.

They take this stuff pretty serious in GA. Technically they could make him register as a sex offender for this; he likely separated from most of the other prisoners already.

he bonded out of jail....Probably only spent a few minutes in a holding cell and never got in a shared cell...This guy is not some poor schmuck who can't afford a $1300 bond...

This is not the end of the story, this dude is off.
