So you’re giving each individual runner their workout time/distance and everyone on the track is resting until their own individual heart rate hits 120bpm?
If not, you’re not coaching them.

I`ve told )) I`m only coaching Sammy directly, but the others train at same pace and rest and the ladies relatively pace up to their daily shape. All follows the DANCAN- system and that is the main thing.

I just don’t understand why he is running workouts very few people on the world can run but he hasn’t raced in a few years. When we ask why, there’s always excuses.
Why will he not enter the Kenyan regional cross country races in couple of weeks? What about the Eldoret half marathon? If he can run 4:34 LT pace at altitude, then he would fight for the wins. Or will it be more excuses because the workouts didn’t really happen?
I want to believe you but there’s always promises and excuses.
Soon the races will start in Februarry and March. A highly competitive 10 k and then a big race at the half. Today he did a new lactate threshold interval..... 8 x 1600m at 4:34-4:35 min ! :)
It sounds like he’s ready to run close to 27 minutes.
Maybe mid 27’s.
You claim you indirectly coach people, lol. I want to see you coach someone from nothing to something like you claim. No more B level Kenyans who contact everyone, and you do very little for them in terms of magically changing their fitness. Kenyans are trusting and will take any hand they can get, but there is no magic with your system. You Sr don't no Mr Kamworor or Mr Kipchoge. He said directly, he has never heard of you, and people close to him chuckled when they heard of the Magic Wizard. How do you explain this? I also know Mr Jan you have never stepped foot in Kenya and no real Kenya would get coaching advice from someone they have never met; you Sr are a Fraud.

JS, you and me both know the real truth. Why are you continuously telling lies?
Updated cliffs?
Who are his sprinters?
Where are the videos?
There is one female sprinter who has run 11.xx and 50.xx who has malaria but will be coached to be a world class distance runner. No links or videos of these times. Rest of thread is some claiming JS is a liar and JS saying he tells the truth. Recently, a second runner, male 1:51 or 1:49 800m who will also be coached to be a world class distance runner.
Hold it right there, PI.
LRC is where the pros go, and JS is all over LRC. So they must know of him!

Whoever the guy is or whoever he has trained, one thing for certain is he's the King Troll of LRC. Never seen so many get so worked up. He gets all of you to bite, and bite hard.
hehe )))

Wrong again "Prove it"!))) I coached the Kenyan pro runner Josphat Kipchirchir from age 16 ( then PB:s 4:00 at 1500 and 14:40 at 5000m coached in USA! ) to become winner of Discovery XC
twice and now he is a Kenya A-level . All people that followed that coaching at my FB group " COACH J.S- "DANCAN"....middle-longdistance runners best training... " know that coaching was authentic.......When I first took on to coach Josphat he had problems to do 20 x 400m at 71-72 sec........!!
I have told you many times now that Mr Kipchoge and I don`t know each other from chatting , but I and Mr Kamworor did chat and he asked me then back in the fall of 2016 to coach a world record at 15 k road race. I can prove it , and I will do so one day.
I think it`s easy explained that Kam denies that he has heard of me ( if it`s true as you claim he did...?! )and asked me to coach a world record attempt back in 2016.It`s of course a little bit embarassing for him to admit he agreed me to coach him ( in secret)when Sang still was his official coach back then.
Your last claim in your comment " ....you have never stepped foot in Kenya and no real Kenya would get coaching advice from someone they have never met... " is also just ridiculously! I have coached so many Kenyan top results now in 4½ years and the only Kenyan of my coached runners I have meet "live" is Sammy Nyokaye when he raced Stockholm Marathon in my country Sweden. But of course I sometimes meet my coached runners "eye to eye" at Skype and so on.......
- Magic Wizard - :)

When mr P will get a chance in Europe to run 10 k he will probably run sub 28 min in a good field and if he will stay injury free also run sub 27 min in a couple of years .
What does it take then to beat the world record at track or road? Well.......20 x 400m at 60-61 sec with about a min rest , lactate threshold intervals at about 4:26 mile pace ( 2:45-2:46 min/ km ) and aerobic distance power pace ( LSD) at about 5:25-5:55 mile pace ( 3:20-3:40 min/ km ). That`s it ! If a runner reach these training times with a controlled feeling he is predetermined to come close or break world records!

Dickson Simba said he is not coached by you. I love how you claim you "indirectly" coach him.
Do you directly coach the other four runners?
Just go to my group at FB , "COACH J.S- "DANCAN....middle/longdistancer`s best training" and you will find a fresh comment from Dickson Simba Nyakondi where he praises the system he follows...Last Friday he won the Regionals XC and are ready for the Kenya Nationals XC on 8th of February.

If you tell the truth about some things, why do you lie about other things?
Don't say you never lied. You have lied. Maybe you are an amazing coach but you are not trustworthy.
And the work you did with Phil?
Maybe you should be more open to criticism and then you could become an even better coach.
I am open to criticism, especially from my athletes. I have learned a lot from them.

I`m open to constructive criticism and agree or don`t agree with that when that is the case. But what I´m not open to is pure lies about me and my coaching. I repeat, I never lie here and you have to get used to that.
The work I did with Phil? Well.........I coached him to a new PB at 10 miles with former record 9 years back......not so bad I think? And compared to his shape when the coaching started he ran faster at 5k/ 10 k . The problem that the main goal, the marathon, didn`t function this time was that "the signals" from his training times and recovery times pointed to the goal time ( and even better) , but with all facts on hand he was not ready and ( according to me) need to develop his times at shorter distances parallel with better aerobic power at easy runs and specific long runs.
Yesterday she did LT-intervals 10 x 600m at 1:54 min .A good threshold workout and I keep on building her LT:s to be longer and faster....will take some time to be ready for competitive competition times.
Mr Jan, you keep saying that you will prove it and that has been for many months. Why not just prove it? Because it never happened! I have FACTS, you have lies. You can fool a few B level Kenyans, but you can't fool the rest. They do not know you Sr. And top Kenyans would never be coached by someone they never met in person. This is a well known fact. You can lie on the boards to people who don't know better, but most know better.
True. And stop insulting me saying you haven't lied. Kamworor has NEVER asked to be coached by you. You insult people's intelligence here, Mr. Stensson. Do not insult mine.
