Jason White and Charlie Ward also won Heismans and were not drafted/never played in the NFL. Ward did play in the NBA for 10 years.
Joey Harrington anyone? 3rd overall pick in 2002.
But hard to beat Leaf or Marinovich.

What position was Tebow drafted? I don't think the Broncos gave up much to get him. Plus, he at least had a winning record as a starter... and he was actually quite good in the 2nd half of games, esp when the game was on the line...
