Ingribritsen was out in lane 2 when the Ethiopian dude went down. Dude tried making a move into space that wasn't there. Stop being dramatic.

F Ingebrigtsen gets Q and Lemi is out. That's encouraging pushing and foul behavior. If Filip had pushed Cheriyout and eventually caused him to fall and not just a 3:35 Ethiopian there would have been a big drama.
That was definitely DQ-worthy. I'm not sure what the exact rules are, but straight up punching someone in the back who then loses focus and trips is about as obvious a DQ as you can get.
Well Craig Masback just punted on the doping talk regarding Salazar..
After telling us what happened, Leigh Diffey said, ""Craig, it's big news."
Then Craig didn't talk about it other than to say she had to make the decision. I'd rather him just be honest and say, "Yes i'ts huge knews but when I'm not broadcasting I'm a Nike employee so I'm not the best person to be talking about it."
too easy for Hassan. Challenge her a little.

Watch the video again. Lemi stayed on the same line, with his feet hitting just inside the lane line with each stride. Filip moved to the inside and caused the trip.
Or not, that was fairly slow
so first three go into finals
Very slow first heat, so both time qualifiers should come from the second one.
And nobody acknowledges Hassan as she walks off...
Hassan from last to first in the last lap...good job Alberto!
Great race by Irish Mageean. Only guaranteed qualifier next to the "big four".

WTF were you watching? Are you kidding here?
I just rewatched the first heat of the women's 1500 again. Faith Kipyegon ran literally the entire race save for the first turn in lane 2. ON the first turn she was on the outside of lane 1.

So 3 Brits in Semis and only one Kenyan. Imagine what a disaster Kenya would be on the track (men) if it wasn't for Tim?
The mandatory 3 tests in the lead up to these championships has really hit the Kenyans. Tim was pretending not to be working hard at the end of his heat, but I wouldn't be surprised if he struggles to medal.
This might be one of the dumbest posts I've ever read on here? You wouldn't be surprised if he doesnt' medal? I'll bet you as much as you want. I'll bet twice as much as you that he medals.
They aren't having a horrible meet. They won a medal in the 800, they'll win one here in the 1500. Kipruto looks pretty good . HE could medal. The idea that AFricans aren't good and that doping explains their success is just so stupid. East Africans tha tmove to the US and live in the US do great like Meb.
