I tell him his landing is too loud and he will never be any good until he lightens up that foot plant and runs softly.
I ask him if he is that Klaebo guy from Norway.

I love that song.
Get on the treadmill right next to him and pace him just to piss him off.
He reminds me of a tubby guy at my gym. He runs on the treadmill, always keeping a death grip on the handlebar, and he pounds so loudly that it sounds like the ground is about to cave in under him. His footsteps reverberate across the entire building.
He's just getting his run in.
Go back up to my room, lay in the tub, grab the hand-held shower massage wand (you said it was a luxe hotel), and have a little 'me' time.
Grrrrrrr.

That caught me funny. Just think, he might dip under 13 in zurich!
I finally figured out who that is.
I'd get on the farthest treadmill away from him, and try to be as inconspicuous as possible.
I would tell him that real runners don't listen to music when they are running.
Tell him only cheaters wear those shoes.....
Ignore him and focus on my own run.
The bigger question is why the Hell anyone would choose to run indoors on a treadmill on a beautiful day in St. Moritz.
Get one the treadmill next to him and go .1 KPH faster.

So who is it?
What it do babbyyyyy
I would hop on the adjacent treadmill. Stare deeply into his eyes, and proceed to take my 4%, EPO as I increade my speed 1 notch every 10 seconds until im going his exact speed. I will than hop off, walk away and enjoy a run outside.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
