Final update:
I finally realized that I trained too hard every week and what I thought would be CV was actually 5k pace most of the time. That's the reason why
1) After I took a week off in May, I had to start at 3:45/k 1k pace and 4:05/k Tempo pace again and it took me several months to get back to where I was. I never built stamina/endurance, because I always pushed my reps too hard.
2) My all-out 5k race is 3:10-3:20-3:20-3:20-3:00. It is not bad pacing, the thing is I can't go faster during it because my stamina/aerobic system is not well developed and my anaerobic system is extremely strong now (finishing in 3:00 and/or 60 400m). Basically I have the finish of a sub 15/15 flat guy, but I'm very weak at holding a strong pace throughout the race. My breathing was completely out of control already after k2.
3) My 10k pace seems to be more like 3:25-3:30, and not 3:20 which I always assumed. So my CV reps were 5-10s/k too fast, if you do that over 3-4 months in a row every week that's significant and severely damages the aerobic system and impacts long-term development. Just because I could do them faster (in 3:05-3:10 with some struggling) I thought that 3:20 is fine, but in reality it was still too fast and shifted me even more in the anaerobic direction. I had around 8-9 mmol lactate each session, which compared to the Ingebrigtsen's 3-3.5 mmol was way too much. 5 mmol would be good for me to shoot for, which would be around 3:25/k.
4) My 200s/what I perceived as "800m pace" mostly in 30s were probably also too fast. They feel easy, but with a 35:00 10k ability I probably don't have the strength to maintain that pace. I should have focused on making my aerobic system stronger, and then just take the free speed that I have due to talent instead of further strengthening my anaerobic system at the cost of aerobic development.
I'm now doing a big base block until the end of the year, then I might jump into some shorter indoor races and debut there (so far I've only done 5k's). This will end the thread, I might make a video or new one for my future goals once decided. Most people in this thread tried to help me by telling me to slow down my reps, but I was too stubborn to believe I could be wrong and ended up not training Tinman-style but too hard, just like the average HS kid. I wasn't any better, but will certainly learn from this experience.
