It’s not really that uncommon, and for most people it’s just a matter of actually doing it.
Cheserek, for example, ran 48 on the relay, but probably ran an open 4 at some point during a dual meet.
Worley and Clinger both ran 50.0 open, and were also consistently sub 15 during XC.
Of the names listed, Suliman may be the only one who has “actually” accomplished the feat, although in two different seasons.
