Considering some of those HRM's are upwards of $100, I'm afraid I am going to buy this thing and have it break in my hand or something because it's so cheap that it won't work.
Does anyone have experience with this brand? Thanks foe the help.

No.
Hey, I have a used Polar HRM that I bought about 2 years ago and used under 10 times. For some reason I thought it would make me a better runner, silly high school notions. Anyway, I'd be willing to part with it for say... 70 bucks? Email me and we can talk about it. fleetparadox@hotmail.com

I'm not sure that would be your best investment if you're looking to go in the HR monitor direction... I've never heard of this one and I'm not sure how it measures HR. It reads your HR from your finger, rather than the band you wear on your chest... Not sure how functional that would be during a workout, or how accurate.
You're probably better off getting an entry level polar (or some other brand) for another $20 or so dollars...

No HRM is worth buying. Save your money for an extra pair of shoes.
