Her training is not different for previous years. Nothing special at all. She is still more than 20 seconds behind the top runners. everybody with a minimum talent may can run sub 15. Her performance is average internationally, still far to go.....

Last year 28 runners in the world ran sub-15 53 times.
14.53 is 16th on the world list for 5000m in 2004.
Hence 14.53 is rather "special"

norwegian-the group Wigene is training with has had more injury problems than you would expect even with the km they are running. The men in the group have only run just under 15 min in the 5ooo meter.14.53 is good for a girl,so all credit to Wigene but when almost 100 % of the group have problems every year, something is not right even with many km.Kvalheims son did 3.41 this year but has not run competitions for many weeks now.

We are talking about women here....you are stupid.
If I recall right a super-athlete as Sonia O'Sullivan ran 14.41. 12 sec of that pace is really good.
And training isn't the only factor you know!
None of those athletes are professionals you know, not even Susanne with her 14.53.
Recovery from that hard training is important. And it's up to the ahtlete how much he or she can rest through the day. And generally european runners rests to little, they sleep too little and stress more than for example african runners. So don't blame the training system, we all know that hard training is needed to be a great runner. But REST is another important factor. And if you can't sacrifice other activities for REST you will brake down.
Mr Duck. This is running. Not some pathetic Cross Country Skiing performed by a really small percentage of the population of the planet. So far she is 13th best in the world this year. How dare you tag that "average internationally"?
And to ANTON (are you guys related by any chance - you seem to have the similar kind of negative thoughts...) - the fact that she's still running after spending too much time with mr. Evertsen and mr. Bakken is nothing less than a miracle, and makes her anything but a complainer.
When it comes to competitions she's a blast anyway...
The best thing about her is that she's a great role model for young runners. She shows you don't have to measure lactate, spend half a year at altitude and only run 5 competitions a year to become a runner at an international level.
And in the end... As some people already have pointed out, when trying to make the most out of yourself as a runner failures like injury is a part of the game. I would indeed say that when a significant part of Kvalheim's runners don't succeed it tells he's doing something right - as long as someone succeed.
Stipid? O'Sullivan is "expired" long time ago. moron.
if you do not think that 12 sec is much - then you are the really stupid.
I think that you are not able to see the difference between a Skoda and a MB!
Dont forget my words: She will never make it! Take a look at last years statistics:

She will not be top 20 when this season is over. The level internationally among ladies is poorly. Nobody run anymore in developed part of the world, and few girls are even running in developing parts of this planet.
Top 20 is nothing.
Why are you so agressive against Bakken and Evertsen? Evertsen never coached Wigene. He just did two or three injections of iron after she requested it her self.
The main newspapers will bring this facts up during the World championships in Helsinki. Lets see how she reacts on that! Pretty girl!!!
I feel sorry for you tiny, tiny person.
Someone asks how she is training and you attack her, an athlete you don`t even know..
How clever is it to say that running 14.53 and being around Top 20 in the world in women\'s 5000 is \'nothing\' - when does it become impressive - Top 10, Top 3, or is 2nd fastest just the best loser? I wonder if all the women who\'ve run between 14.25 and 14.52 for 5k share this view that 14.53 is just top end of joggerdom?
I think that ANTON must be from Athletics Canada. They seem to be the only ones who think that top 20 in the world is "nothing."
Uff, kranglefanter altså!
Top 20: What do you achieve by being ranked 20th? No money and no attention!
Why? Because it isnt impressing at all realise it - it is average in a top sport perspective.
You shouls feel sorry for your self - are you dating Wigene - I can smell it from here............
Phatetic x-c-skiing, moron.
Top level skiers are much better than a female runner running 14:53. They earn money!
I think you have to be retarded
Take a look at her clubs' home page: Her 14:53 performance is not even mentioned! That is fair enough, since it is nothing!
ANTON: I feel sorry for you never been able to break 15.00 for 5k, now you trashing a woman that actually did it. You might be a 17.30-runner, that's pretty good, but you don't want others to say it's bad do you?

well, if O'Sullivan is expired then maybe all the athletes who run the marathon who are slower than her this year should retire. 2:29:01 is faster than any American this year
