That's the official population figures, which are likely to be highly accurate for Norway, and highly inaccurate (under representing) for Kenya.
Yeah, highly inaccurate from 51 to 70+ million... Twat.

Black students accepted and matriculating into medical school are, putting it very bluntly, inferior in all objective measures compared to Asians, Whites, and Latinos. They quite literally have lower standards of acceptance. Keep in mind, this is AFTER Affirmative Action has occurred, so they have had four years at the same high level institutions (which are universally acknowledged as being very liberal and "safe space" environments) as all other races.
Notice how this blatantly racist post is allowed to stand.
Yet my reply in which I pointed out the fact that the Ivies are filled with undeserving Jews (80% of them would never had been accepted had they not been Jewish) -- just like they were filled with undeserving WASPs 120 year ago -- was immediately removed.
This tells us who has the power in this world.
The "EPO era" enabled runners without a lot of basic speed to record some incredible middle and long distance times. An 18 year old who can run 3.30 for 1500, yet who has never broken 50 secs for 400, whose own father says he and his brothers lack natural speed, tells me little has changed in the sport. Like all sports now.

Thank you very much for this article and translation. I'm curious as to what the actual session was. Repeat 300's?

Jacob and Philip start at intervals. After 300 meters they take a little break before they repeat it all. Over and over. Only Team Ingebrigtsen

Agreed. Not sure why this hasn’t been discussed
He should go take down his brother's 3,000m record now. And get Bakken's 2000m to a sub-5 for sure.

Considering he's been tested more in the last 4 months than Cheruiyot has in the last three years the answer is likely zero. Cheruiyot? Given what we're finding out about the E. Africans his odds are at 95% si, only 5% no.
Source?
What is happening is that the Ingebrigtsens, like Jim Ryun have mastered the altitude one day, racing at sea level the next trick. Last year both brothers were at altitude and travelled for the day to Monaco. They repeated the same routine in Lausanne a couple days ago, this time taking a helicopter to the venue. They won't be able get away with this at the Olympics next year. Personally if I was running the sport I would make it compulsory to send 2/3 weeks at sea level prior to racing.

What about altitude tents?

jakob is the male version of yinglai yang, and lili yin.two 18 year old chinese teen phenoms who ran 3.51.44 and 3.53.91,in 1997.totally impossible 1500 meter times for teenage girls.lets hope he dissapears as quickly as they did.the fact that hes never broken 50 seconds for 400 is very strange in itself.

He's run under 50sec many, many times in training. Why would you even say such a silly thing?????

If they go high enough. They have to make up for the fact that you are at sea level during the day, so you have to sleep for 10 hours at 5000m to simulate 2000m.

In training but not in a race? How do you know he has run faster than 50 secs in training? Were you there? And how much faster?
That's also not what his father says, when he says all his sons lack speed.

Altitude tents are not allowed for Norwegian athletes, due to ethical concerns, Filip has nonetheless said he thinks Norway should not be stricter than other nations regarding this.

Because he's crazy. Funny how the likes of Spade Detector don't call out such clear stupidity when it's directed against a European athlete.
Jakob only has one 400m race listed on his IAAF profile - a 51.03 back in 2017 when he was 16 and his 1500 pb was 3:39. I think it's fair to assume he could run sub 50 quite easily today.
I also don't see what's suspicious about his 'slow' 400 speed. Steve Cram ran 3:29 and 3:47 with a 49 second 400m pb and Jakob is a 1500/5000 runner.

You're not gonna like hearing this but that will probably be his last chance for sub 3:30. After that he will focus on winning a pointless WC medal in 3:34 at best, and he will be well past his seasonal peak afterward.
And then next year will be his third at top elite level, and wunderkinds who get there that young rarely stay there for long. Their crazy growth spurt ends and it's no longer as easy for them, then they get injured, the end.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
