it's kind of weird because i love the track scene and all that goes along with the sport [i am actually obsessive about it] but i am finding it VERY hard to get up and run on a regular basis.
i have been running competitvely for 6 years and in my sophmore year of college [now] i feel like i am just getting tired of the commitment to run. i bike-swim and am still VERY active but i only find myself running like 4 days a week for 30-60 min. my coach knows and he said the cross training is okay aeeing as how i am recovering from a reoccuring injury. is it normal to go through a lack of desire to run or am i just wigging out.
i miss being gung-ho about running everyday.
