Not gonna get into coaching stuff here, we don't know you.
If without the running, you wouldn't be tired at all, but fresh as a daisy, yes, that is the running, not necessarily other lifestyle factors.
Though if your hydration, nutrition and sleep are off, that is not good either.
First things first. Look at your heart rate . You say you are running nearly only slow, building up mileage. Without any lab tests, you can go with a base building type Submax/MAF/Friel/Z2AeT type of build. Most of your runs should be between 132 to 142 heart rate roughly, in case you were really 38. Like 90% ! (Taking medication, being overweight, often sick will change these numbers, downward ! )
Aerobic deficiency syndrome is described in many literature and it is the lack of a big base. Most people run their whole life in Z3 and at the age of 4O the run dream is over while there is still 40 years to live for !
Look at books like the Big Book of Endurance Training and racing / Canova's understanding of base in case of Africans / Stu Mittleman Slow Burn / Friel - Total Heart Rate Training
When your base is done, you can go over and get Hudson's book, Hanson's book or Daniel's book or Bompa's book...
Good luck, you'll be fine, give it some time too. You must adapt !
