Swedish TV livestream is working great using hola vpn as described above.
Half an hour until the men’s 400. Great story about Norman and Benjamin that came out of the NCAA finals 8 June last year. Benjamin getting interviewed after his amazing time in the hurdles win and asked about the relay later in the day. Benjamin says something like, watch the times in the legs. Norman anchored USC in 43.62, but Rai was quicker in 43.60. Love it. It was like Babe Ruth pointing to the stands.
I’m hoping to see Rhonex do something special but I think the favorite in the 10k is Gebrhiwet. If he’s still there with a lap to go he’ll be tough to beat. Yimer is on the level but it’s hard to see him running away with it or winning in a sprint. I’ll be very surprised if one of those 3 don’t win, unless it’s a 27:30 race which would open the door for Chelimo.
In the men’s 1500, Tefera is a dark horse contender.
Obiri will take the 5,000.
I’ll take Norman in 43.9 which will deserve a lot of hype given the weather.
Should be fun!

Looks like rain and 17mph winds there, don't expect any crazy performances
NBC sports just said 53 degrees and 16 mph winds.
Wind is erratic in the long jump. Greek guy just jumped 7.99 with a six metre following wind.

My countryman Tobias Montler in the lead 8.22 !! Norman won the 400 in 44.54
You cannot take 2.67 off your PB over 1500, even if the home crowd carries you home!
Yep https://www.svtplay.se working good with HolaVPN in Chrome
Muir wrecked the field, final lap of 61 after a slow start. Nice comeback race for her.
Is there a time machine? That women's race looks like 1945. There waisnt' a single black person in it.
What is Muir doing running against such a crappy field 17 weeks out before Worlds.
Well a white guy is about to win the 200 too.

orly?
Wow it looks windy out there !
Is there a reason she should not run?
She ran in a competition 4 days ago and got beaten in UK by one of the women in the field today.
I thought you would be happy that Stockholm is having a 1500 non-DL in their meet.

Probably explains why there are only 3 guys left in the Pole Vault at 5m48 and that Kendricks needed 3 tries to make it !
