NEW YORK CITY!
San Juan Islands. Check them out.
Amazing how many skiers are on here, either that or they don't understand that ski towns in the winter aren't that great.

He's eluding to the influx of tourists. I've lived in ski towns for many winters - winters are great, for the skiing. But the saying is true of year-round residents, "they come for the winters, but stay for the summers." Although at 9,000 feet summer is only 6 weeks long.....
Cassis.
The USA is overrated.

Skier, formerly a runner, been in Aspen for years. Skiing and mountain biking is way more fun; running is an occasional past time now. I wouldn't take anywhere else (though the San Juans are nice).
Depends on the town, but here in Aspen the tourist flow is not insane and is pretty even between winter and summer. Once you accept the fact that they're going to be around (and that you're not living in Summit or Vail), it's great.
But ski towns in the summer are AMAZING for running . I'd do Park City, Big Sky Montana or Jackson Hole in the summer. Winter, Marin Headlands would be great if they weren't attached to San Francisco. Maybe a place close to San Bernardinos in the winter.

You couldn't pay me to live in the US. I can't get my head around your love for guns and hate for universal health care. I would include your head of state as reason #1, but honestly anywhere these days is as likely as not to elect a narcissistic, megalomaniac, egomaniac, nationalistic criminal as head of state; if I used that as a screening criteria, I'd have to rule out many of my favourite countries... :-)
Shut yer piehole or answer the question.
SF Bay area. Oh wait a minute, I already live here.
If money is no concern, it actually doesn't matter where you live.
You can get whenever you want wherever you want with your private jet.
Somewhere in or near the Rockies in Colorado on a property with maybe 20-30 acres. Maybe Boulder. Crested Butte is nice for a smaller town.
any trump tower will do.

good idea.
Anywhere with 4 seasons, in the mountains, within 45 min to a decent size city (over 70,000) , & is rural. So probably some small town in Oregon, or Washington. But no traffic!

This is my place exactly. I can't complain.
Who would stay in the US? If there is enough money then there are so many better places outside US.

America is the best place in the world is why. Personally where I would want to live if money was no issue, would be somewhere in the mountains of North Carolina. Very underrated state.

Do I still have to work but it's a cheap house payment?
Or do we get free food and travel expenses in this scenario?
Because if I still have to work for spending money then that changes where I would live in order to get to some job.
What part of "money is no concern" do you not understand?

Read a book about the New River (which runs through NC ) and it sounds like paradise to me .
Lots of great suggestions on this thread.
I’ll take anywhere where I could have my health back.
