Weather's not running that hot right now, roughly 81 high/65 low, but high humidity, so conditions are not likely to be ideal for the 5000m. The 5 is getting pushed out in part because of so many lackluster races for years until Brussels last year, almost always featuring no one chasing the rabbits, a mediocre time to 3k, a big slowdown to at least 4k, and then a fast last lap or two to a 13+ minute finish most meets, with maybe one or two sub 13 races a season. These guys could run very fast at this time of year in the right conditions. Kejelcha will make a race extremely fast this year and Barega proved he could stick. Those guy, if Kejelcha goes after it later this summer, could make a very strong attempt at Bekele's world record.
Or maybe Salazar is going to set one up for Kejelcha with no comp, the problem being that he'll be alone probably after 2k-3k.
