Go back to RunnersWorld if you'd rather discuss hobbyjogging.
No men's 1500?
No men's steeple?
No women's 5000?
The only thing STACKED here is the cocktail of drugs these guys have to consume to get under 13 minutes.

I doubt there are any drugs left, since you've soaked your brain with them all.
All I know is that this race will be doped.

You are too stupid to realize how many drugs there are out there. I could never use them all. Wow are you mentally challenged.
What time what day how to watch
Nice. Chelimo hasn't looked as impressive in his last couple of outings, so it would be encouraging if he can hold on the Kejelcha/Cheptegei/Barega for this one. Also interested to see what form Gebrhiwet is in.
It does make me sad how very few people on this board are interested in discussing more than a couple top East African runners, but go nuts for Walmsey, Stinson, Kieffer or Cane.
Y’all lame.
Barega FTW.

Why does it make you sad? What could cheer you up sad one?

Why does this make you sad or surprise you AT ALL?
The majority of the people on these boards are from the US. Obviously they're going to get more excited over US athletes. This is like being upset that people from Seattle like watching the Seahawks more than the Patriots. Or that people in LA like watching the Lakers more than the Timberwolves.

After 2 hours this thread has picked up more replies than the threads on Walsmley, Stinson, Cain, etc.
My poem, entitled "12:36"
If you wanna beat Beekly, try weekly, not weakly.

Not really true, and anyway, look at the replies.
Anyway, this race figures to be a good one. It’ll probably be paced through 3k in a typical 7:45-7:50 and then slow a bit in the 4th k, unless Cheptegei takes it on from 2k out. I think Kejelcha will get the lead at 4k and try to hold it to the tape while turning the screws a la Farah, and until Barega shows he’s in the kind of form we saw in Brussels last year I’m inclined to think he’ll succeed.
1. Kejelcha 12:53
2. Cheptegei 12:54
3. Gebrhiwet 12:56
4. Barega 12:57
5. Chelimo 13:00
Also a few really young Ethiopian guys with 13:0x PRs who could break through in class here.

Italians already counting their lire. "Teenagers" loaded to the gills with the marinara sauce.
Coe, kill this nonsense.
It's the Euro, old man.

Yes, Americans should care about faceless East Africans who live and train in a country with literally NO TESTING and where EPO is on sale over the counter in every pharmacy, as much as they do about American runners who get tested regularly and have had to struggle all their careers with the belief constantly imprinted on their minds that they are limited by their inferior genetics.
Not to mention you're wrong. Probably just about anybody on this board who is interested in watching track is pumped by this one, including myself!
Hope Kejelcha gets close enough to Barega this time to try the pants pulling trick again.
Guess who came last, 20 seconds behind the next runner, in last year's Brussels Diamond League 5000?
Cyrus Rutto.
But I doubt he'll be the last to fail a test.
