The chances are Willis is cleaner than those who beat him.
Willis is a class act

I hope Kiprop doesn't go through with his threats, and I doubt he will.
Maybe we shouldn't forget this though -
http://kalenjinsonline.co.ke/asbel-kiprop-revenge-mission-gone-wrong/Asbel Kiprop: "IAAF come take your medals. "
Yes, Asbel, good for you to stop pretending you were clean. Why don't you admit when you started doping, and who gave you what drugs?
Then the IAAF can actually distribute your ill-earned medals.
I think you could make a strong case that Calvin Smith was likely the last clean WR holder in the 100m. Statistically the 100m WR stalled for nearly 20 years from 1960-1980 by the time you factor in wind and altitude, and Calvin Smith was the last record holder within that range of marks. I just don't think that Nick Willis can make the same case. I think you could even argue that Willis' best time 3:29.x is still outside the realm of likely achievable without drugs being within about 1.5% of the world record. It's possible that Willis' 3:29 was an anomaly due to a suspicious track and he realistically was a 3:32 guy and that would would put him within the range of what can be achieved cleanly. We've consistently seen about a 3% difference between drug users and non-drug users (or even the same athlete on and off drugs, such as Ben Johnson) across the range of athletic events from the 100m up to the marathon. 3:30 wasn't broken for the 1500 until 1985, well into the drug era, and with no meaningful testing to boot. I think a very strong argument could be made that Jim Ryan or Filbert Bayi were the last clean record holders and that around 3:32 is the human limit, being around 3% away from 3:26.00. In fact if anything we see a greater than 3% difference in the longer races (the marathon in particular) due to the benefits of drugs like steroids and HGH as well as EPO. Statistically I don't think sub 3:30 in the men's 1500m run is possible without the aid of drugs, we certainly have a lot of evidence that many drug users were still barely able to achieve 3:29.x in the 1500m.
The second thing I would add is we see nearly the same exact 3% dip in nearly all men's track records from the late 70s to now, nearly all explained by the availability of a variety of drugs becoming widely available and virtually undetectable for the following two decades. Again keep in mind the men's 100m record stalled for nearly two decades and it looked like right around 10 seconds was the human limit up to around 1980. What's interesting is the women's records dropped earlier starting in the late 1960's and early 70's mostly driven by the Eastern Block countries, so it's clear that artificially derived Testosterone was already being used in sports starting as early as the 1960s, which makes even men's records questionable through this time period. It's also highly likely that blood transfusions were widely in use beginning as early as the 1960s. The addition of HGH in the 1980s provided a bigger boost for the men followed by the availability of EPO starting in the early 90s for the endurance athletes.

I hate to add a serious post to fuel your fire, but this is just ridiculous. Your hero worship of Willis is only seconded to the fact that you seem to hold a pathological hatred of Kenyan dopers and won’t at any point just let it be.
Willis has dealt with it. He IS a class act, unlike your absurd presence on this website. Kiprop is disgraced for life and clearly, regardless of his past choices, is in great need. He retains his worth and dignity as a human despite the horrible things he’s done, and if Willis can forgive him and show grace, so can you.
You should have left it at your +1.
