It isn't a big deal to clean toilets. Most people do it at their own homes.
I am not sure why America's stars would be willing to go to Kenya to clean toilets.

Hell, do the BroJos even know how to clean a toilet?

In Kenya it's called flushing away the evidence.

Bekele is known for cleaning the crappers but quitting just before the seat.
Fake vid. Just garbage to try and make us think they're regular, humble guys instead of EPO cheats.
A new alibi for why they didn't hear the doorbell.

I don’t think anyone is afraid to clean toilets. Most people don’t like to clean toilets, but the aversion isn’t rooted in fear.
Just wait until you have to clean a toilet after a little kid stuffed a rubber toy down it making it inoperable and the family kept using it for a couple more days while jamming a plunger into it hoping it would open up. Of course that gave the flies plenty of time to eat and reproduce in the excrement filling the small bathroom as they flew around looking for another mate.
I don't understand why it's a big deal that people are cleaning the place they live. More anything this seems to indicate Rojo and Wejo grew up with a housecleaner, which also is not a big deal and nothing to be ashamed of. But really it's not newsworthy or something to be amazed at that everyone has some chores where they live.
It's a whole in the ground, what's so fecking hard about cleaning that? It's not like a bowl where the crap gets under the seat and rim after someone's had a vindaloo curry the night before then a had bowel explosion and the only way to clean it is with a hand brush and cloth. Those fellas are just throwing down water and using a long handled brush, it's a piece of piss.
Anyway, it's communal living, unless there's a paid cleaner everyone mucks in, so no big deal.

How do you hang out and use your laptop if you're just squatting over a hole?

Here is some great video from Kenya where the world's two best milers in Timothy Cheruiyot & Elijah Manangoi don't skip out on toilet cleaning duties.

Ben Blankenship travels by boxcar and spends his evenings around a campfire eating beans out of the can. Scrubbing a toilet would be nothing for him.
Bekele literally owns hundreds of toilets. Have you heard of his hotel? Even if he never did clean any of them I think he does a demanding enough business career. How many professional runners take on the challenges he does?
Can you imagine a realistic scenario in which he would figuratively own hundreds of toilets?

I clean my own toilet regularly. Not everyone gets to rely on Mexican cleaners all the time.
