Recently, football players complained about the women's track and cross country team at Rowan University for running in sports bras when the weather was hot. They claimed it was distracting them during practice to see the women running in sports bras and that they were "asking for it" by doing so.
Do you want to know the result of this situation? A new rule was created at the university that the women not only cannot run in their sports bras anymore when the weather is hot, but they are also not allowed to be on the track at the same time as the football players (which is very conflicting since both practice schedules are around the same time).
Is this really how the world is now? Why can a woman not run in a sports bra when it is hot outside if it helps her get through a workout? Why can a man run without a shirt on or wear tight athletic clothes without being told he is "asking for it?" Why and how can these women have a huge means of training taken from them BY THE UNIVERSITY while the football players are on it, even when there was just a new training area built for field sports up the road?
