What do you plan on doing with that? Do you think that you will even improve off of that schedule? I would think at the very least, to have some continuity, every other day. Is this a new schedule? To get any kind of benefit, it seems as if you would have to have a significant base before blasting away at long tempos and intervals that equal that much mileage in one day. Your easy runs should be on those 'off' days.
I'm not motivated to run everyday and don't have time everyday so this was my logical conclusion.
