Hi, I'm entering the summer before my senior yr in high school. My PR's so far are like 4:29 and like 9:50 and shit. I figure if I really train hard this summer, I can kick some people in the balls next year and win everything. My plan for the summer:

I'd be a little more careful with my mileage progression if I were you. That rapid an increase could get you injured ; )

Just checking in, guys. I ran 7 miles today. I hope I didn't overdo it. I just felt really good. I'm only supposed to run 40 this week, but I've already got 25 miles. That means I'm on pace for 43.75! Part of me just wants to go with it and bust out a crazy week and just see where it takes me and shit. But another part of me is like, whoa, dude! you can't just jump from 40 straight up to 43.75! That's like walking up to some big-assed dude and going like Dude! you're a big ol' pussy! Now kiss my balls! That big dude would probably beat the hell outta me.
It's all about crash training dude... Just make sure to give adequate rest afterwards.
