Hi im 21 years old and i run 75miles a week (i do twice a day), every morning i run 7-8 miles at easy pace 7:30-7:20/per mile and i do 3 times a week speed workout . For example some workouts 5x100 + 5x300 (49") rest (1') +10x150 (24") rest (30") or 5x500 (1:27) rest (2') + 5x100 + 5x150.
My personal best is 5k= 16:31
Do you think i can run at the end of the year sub 16 ?
