You (gal or guy) are an idiot. If it's 90+ degree Fahrenheit outside and I am doing hard intervals on a black surface track, then yes, you better believe my shirt is coming off. On the flip-side, even if it's below 30 degrees of Fahrenheit outside, I STILL take my shirt off. Distance running is more mental than physical sport. Hard running when it's cold outside builds mental strength, which I think helps push through any hard miles I may encounter, during a race to victory.
