He’s very good in tactical marathons. Never less than third in all his marathons. Prague- very tactical last 1/2 of race. Roma - tactical ect. He’s very very good.
How's about those Boston tactics? Remind me - was it 1st, 2nd or 3rd he finished there?
Hahahahahahah.
I was correct. RUPP IS FINISHED!
+1

Might want to double-check your calculations.
Tears for the Galen camp. Mohammed smashed him. What’s up with US distance running.

For some reason, USA T&F athletic directors, coaches and athletes are attempting to fit square pegs through round holes. For physically large well fed US men who grew up playing Am. football, baseball and basketball (and maybe futbol), the best events are: 400m, 400mH, 200m, 110mH & 100m. US should not fall off a cliff in 800m as do US male athletes. USA high school and college XC should be 800m runner friendly. 3K high school XC and 5K college XC. Large well fed US men are not going to be the world's best Marathoners. I know Frank Shorter won a gold medal in 1972. Except for Rupp, large well fed US men are worse in Marathon than US men were in 1970's & 1980's. US high school and college XC is catering to future 10000m/Marathon men with little R.O.I. At the same time USA high school and college XC caters to future 10000m/Marathon runners, the current XC model scares away many 800m male athletes, especially 400/800 athletes and 800m specialists. US men could once again be world's best 800m athletes with modifications to USA XC. Note: USA gold medal male 800m runners from 1936 to 1956 were all 400/800 men.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
