Might the men's marathon and decathlon records fall on the day? How scared should Ashton Eaton be that his WR falls today?

Mayer is doing extremely well on the 2nd day! near PR in the 110 hurdles, PR in the discus, and just easily vaulted close to his PR and will likely surpass that - has no misses so far. I wish there was a way to follow. All of the live stream links I found don't work in the US.

No doubt, Mayer will beat the WR today ! what a day it will be !!!

I'd say he's on pace for about 9070 if he can run a 4:30's 1500 at the end of all of this. Very impressive stuff!

If he is sprints hurdlers...chance very good.

If he is strength athlete ie throws...50/50

If he is sprints jump...chances are good.

If he is distance runner....not happening.

I get about 60-70% frozen. Just enough to get some details. On par with flotrack;)

Mayer just PRd in the javelin. He could hobby jog a 4:49 1500 now and he would have the WR!!!
