Was watching animal house last night on HBO and it hit me that the movie itself could probably not be made today. It would trigger too many libs and calls for boycotting in a Democratic Society would contradict itself once again.
Same goes for Blazing Saddles, Airplane! and even The Jerk. All American Classics that could not be made today all thanks to the PC crowd.
What scenes in Animal House do you think would now cause liberal outrage? I'm liberal, liked the movie and and have no idea what you are talking about.
Well I think the approach on getting laid is a good place to start.
I'm liberal and believe that conservative humor is more mean-spirited with frequent personal attacks. The late night hosts tend to focus more on what Trump says or does and are funny.

Urine idiot. That is exactly what liberals do and claimed it under the guys of Comedy. They are the ones that make the personal attacks. But, thank you for reminding us how things always accuse conservative of doing things that Liberals are actually doing.

Who's an idiot?
Animal House was awesome and John Landis, the person who made is a jewish guy from Chicago. I don't know for sure, but I doubt he self-identifies as "conservative".
More importantly, great artists and great creative types tend to be libs. It's natural and normal. Libs are better at the arts. It is what it is. Being practical, reliable, stable, consistent, effective, efficient, emphasis on logical....this is not the foundation for quality "art".

I guess that would be Google for not knowing how to spell guise of comedy. And again, Google is a very liberal company.
you need to watch Ricky Gervais latest stand up show 'Humanity' - it's on netflix. Essentially the entire thing confronts the idea of what we should and shouldn't be offended by. Very funny too (which being a comedy show, is kind of the point)

Then why isn't conservative humor funny? Roseanne is a comedian, but even if you are not politically correct her tweet was not funny.

You shouldn't need Google to tell you when to use guise vs. guys.

Anthony Jeselnik used to have some good stuff that cut right to the bone back in the year 5 BMT (Before MeToo). Has he done anything good lately?
Funny comedians are still out there. They've just been kicked off twitter.
