Hi guys. So i was just analysing myself as a runner trying to figure out if i can somehow be a tiny bit better when it comes to form and injury prevention etc.
So its been on my mind a hell of a lot recently about how much i supinate. (Land on outter edge of my foot more than usual). I didnt think much at first because ive been running for over 6 years now however only in the past year or so i have been serious with the increase of mileage etc. And this past year is the exact time where i have suffered : IT Band syndrome, painful outter knees and also pain in my outter butt cheek. So after looking online to see how i can sort myself out.... supination seems to be the leading and most realistic cause.
So my question is, has any one had any expeirence when it comes to working with orthotics? Im happy to invest if i know they will acctually support me when i run or correct my form ...however.... im juat not sure.
