Geez man, if you put this kind of effort into actually running maybe you wouldn't have to post on letsrun...
I've never won a race but I've also never lost a party.

The myth, the legend.
Where is Greg Arabagian on this?? 5K All-American, 14:30 PR, won Empire 8 Championships last year before getting injured for regionals.
Just chillin' dude, Don't worry about it.
Greg graduated. Also, very little known fact about Greg is that he use to stay up until 5am before races in high school playing league of legends!!!
5am?? That's nothing, my entire team pulls all-nighters the two nights before races so that we can argue about our games of Magic the Gathering and Settlers of Katan.
P.S. RIT is trash

Well you are either an engineer that stereotypically can’t spell or you are full of sh*t because if you actually played that much you would know it is CATAN.

Filthy Casual.
Bed times and board games by page 2. The region's jumped the shark folks.
Sean O'Connor will disappoint me! He always disappoints me.

Don't go projecting your insecurities on other people, I bet you've never even met the guy. It can't be easy for him, constantly overshadowed by his twin like that

Ryan and Sean aren't twins. Ryan graduated in 2011.

Not to mention that Sean and Grant can't be twins since Grant was born in a small village just outside of Nairobi, Kenya.
If stats is what you are here for, here are the best projected freshmen classes from LAST CROSS COUNTRY seasons to give an idea as to who may have the better freshmen next season: Spoiler alert: Geneseo has run out of Freshmen.
1. RPI
2. Plattsburgh
3. Brockport
4. RIT
5. TCNJ
6. Geneseo
7. Oswego
8. Oneonta
9. SLU
10. Manhattanville (Seriously, according to my stat sheet they had five within the top twenty freshmen at Regionals).
Geneseo is definitely STRUGGLING with their returning 6 foot 12 inch freshman that ran 15:00 in track. You’re right, they are TOAST. But besides him and the small army of 9:2X high school 2 bikers, really just a disaster, for sure.
Only problem with freshmen is they typically haven't developed high enough JPDs to be serious contributors. I know RPI is prepping their guys with some pretty big numbers right now, only question will be can they maintain until November or will they go soft early
No. That's why this region is great. We claim to run hard but we party even harder with the lads.
Please explain your process...

This is really dumb as deep, good teams rarely have freshmen running at regionals (hence why Manhattanville is on this list).
