10 English pints per week in one session. About 15 beers in American sizes.

Since when is it a problem if you drink 50+ beers a week--this is not a bad thing..although if I drank that amount a week I'd be runnign 14:30 ....I heard a rumor about a runner in college who drank 50+ a week and went on the dry for 6 weeks only to run his worst time in 4 years...it pays to drink--
Get real

I once heard of a runner who drank just one time and then ran slower than he ran in middle school...
Get real Kramered.
It's not the beer that hurts you; it's the lifestyle that can accompany it.
its amazing how everyone on this board is 15:30 at the slowest...most sub 15....somehow i find this hard to believe
Amazing how many people have just ducked under 15 isn't it.............
How about the guy running 13:27? That's rich.
I ran 14.07 at Penn two days after drinking about ten pints and about 4 jagerbombs.3 shots of whiskey to start the night straight after a session of 12*400m that day too. Needless to say that I could have run a little faster had I stayed dry!

Nah, they make much better politicians. Last week, George Galloway made Normy Coleman look like the sniveling little sycophant he is.
Carl Levin: "I would be delighted if you would answer the question."
Galloway (in his Scottish brogue): "This is my answer, Senator, and I do hope it delights you."

30-50 a week? I honestly don't know how some of you do it. I guess some people (me) are just born lightweights
PR: 14:17
at the time probably 24 beers a week.
Now: no idea for a 5k and 6 to 10 beers a week
Maybe I should drink more
Interesting isn't it. Different website. Jamaican bobsledders. Red stripe would be your flavour mate.

I know of someone who has done the 'triple 100', 100 beers, 100 miles in 100 hours. Looking at him now, I wouldn't recommend it.

Would you rather be a lightweight or a heavyweight?

That's not my point smart arse.
Hundreds of people have run under 15 minutes but it's amazing how many people on here post times of 14:59, 14:58 etc
These guys are 15 minute plus guys who believe they can run sub 15 one day so their conscience lets them post a time just under. It doesn't take a lifetime studying psychology to work it out.
Yeah, but Lemon was the whiskey Wild Turkey ?!
Rampant Rat: Because 15 minutes for the 5k is so rare. Dumbass.
Believe it or not, I realized "the point" when I responded.
