If Dibaba's 3:50 is suspicious then Muir's 3:55 in Paris is too, especially considering Monaco is the fastest track in the world and Paris less so.
Paris is a fast track for distance events, 12:46 in 2012. Kejelcha did 7:28 in 2016. 2003 World Champs 5000m final. Both Monaco and Paris are sheltered from the wind, with warm weather.
