Looks like everybody with a lifetime pr of 2:04 is trolling on LRC today. he ran the TT totally alone. If you ignore the 400 and pretend he packed it up right then I think he would be able to run 2:05 in race conditions. He ran practically no positive split in that 600, and the 800 and below are ideally run with a positive split, so I definitely think that competition/raceday prep would get more out of him. Plus, it seems to me that the OP has tried to communicate that the rest of the workout was not 100%.
