He is dual national, Swiss and French, with French mother.
Key session in Iten, 10 times 1200 in 3.26 average with 1.30 rest.
The guy looks like a 18.00-18.5 BMI, the proverbial rake, even thinner than Moh Farah.
Will he surpass the NZ twins ? Probably, as he has age on his side, and less mileage in his legs.
He ran a 28:02 road 10km recently in France, probably worth around 27.30-27.40 on the track, but I would say 27.15-27.20 this summer.
Great work ethic, like those Robertsons.
Ghost
Why would he train in Kenya? there are plenty places in Switzerland that have Altitude, Just like the USA has Flagstaff, AZ, Boulder, CO, New Mexico, Utah, Mammoth, CA etc. if you have it right in your own Country, why Travel?

It's more than the altitude and hills. It's the lifestyle and training partners. It's the simple and healthy food. Its surrounding yourself with WR holders and world champions. It's the vibe of iten. Go and visit for yourself.

I'm guessing it's difficult to run at altitude in Switzerland in the winter...
What an amazing athlete! He's got a long way to go before his potential is fully realized. I'm rooting for him to break some Euro & World records.
WAKE UP BROJOS!
What a fail from your part not reporting this!!!!!

think we know why he trains there and more than the vibe or food ,
sondre and now himself . wake up ,
conova predicted a good time because we all know what can gaurantee those .
so is that it ,if want to dope or want to dope under certain coaches has to be done in iten ,
or certain places agreed or more like ignored by wada and iaaf
to me stinks as per usual and why all of sudden conova suddenly bothers to dope europeans
but only if in iten .
further destroys local european running , no chance of competing as cant dope , no agenda .
gives cover for ever more doping by the real dopers in kenyans and ethiopians .
and conova can continue with his rubbish about altitude and not epo /dope been reason for performance .
the doping and tactics are only getting worse
shut the fvck up, peptide duck!
Blojos!!!!!!!! WAKE UP you stupid idiots!
Tim Hutchings seems to think this jump in performance raises some questions. I tend to agree.
Even Nick Willis gave his two cents...
