Actually, it might make you faster.
Your body knows what it needs. Just feed it lots of fruits veggies and protein and enjoy the meals.
Don't feed is easy calories like creamy coffee drinks and the usual snack foods. Use raw veggies instead.
Again, your body knows exactly what it needs to perform optimally. That includes your weight.
Run with passion and enjoy it. Eat plenty of good food and enjoy it.
