Freshman Prs: 4:14, 8:30, 14:58 (all run on 50-60 mpw)
I've been tempoing for the past two weeks and this week I had my first real track workout. Ran 65 mpw last week and this week should be around 70

It was tough and was run indoors but overall I feel really really good about this workout and I feel like I'm in way better shape than last season.. Is sub 4:10 and sub 8:22 this indoor season achievable based on this workout or is it not enough information?
