Mitch Ryan you are a joke of a runner, as well in your personal life
With the conference champs finished up, who do you have in the Atlantic regional conference championships? Who will race what and who will win each event? Still a lot of guys who needs to put up possible national qualifying times.

Well, Jeremy Hernandez just ran 3:59.01, so he'd probably win the mile if he entered.

Based on the NCAA conversion for knee mono and an elevation of 544ft, Isaac's 8:38.48 is worth a 7:58.69 at sea level in good health. Incredible, a new NCAA DIII record!

You forgot to factor in the NCAA conversion for running on a track soaked in "precum" . 7:50.69

Hernandez almost broke 4 at Valentine. Will he break 4 by the end of the year? IGC is apparently injured but whats up with GOC? He hasn't run well for the past two weeks.
No.
Sick.
Hm ?

He has yet to break 4 bones.
I am still correct for the time being.
Men's 5k is staaaaacked. Bailey, Burks, Mazzuca, GOC, Veltre, and Kigstedt all in the same race. I feel as though any one of those guys could hit a national qualifying mark on a really good day. Should be a fun one to watch.
Basically just IGC, SOC, and Saddler in the 3k (with Kingstedt doubling back). Nice race up front, should be a good one too. No clue what kind of shape IGC is in.
IGC still cannot stop WINNING even though knee mono was holding him back before. 5k guys go home DEVASTATED after race turns tactical. What exactly is the point of this meet if nobody above the mile is gonna try to make a race of it and qualify for nats
ARC is already dead wrote:

5k guys were probably all fried considering they all doubled 3k/5k at their conference meets the week before. Poor decisions by them/their coaches. Mazzuca tried to go for it but just couldn't pick up the pace, everyone else was clearly dead.
Last year Kramer doubled at SUNYACs and was still able to qualify for nationals the week after.....
Are they dead though??? wrote:

OMG you're right! And didn't Bekele run 12:49 for the indoor 5k? Why can't they do that? So slow! Everyone has exactly the same body and responds to stimuli in the same way!

But he didn't double at SUNYACs. You're missing the point.
2 Page thread for indoor track, Atlantic region sucks
Atlantic regional cleaned up at the bucknell 10k.
O'Connor 29:19
Mazzuca 30:20
Kingstedt 30:29
Burks 30:37
That's 3 almost guaranteed qualifiers and one guy just on the outside.
30:29 and 30:37 are not guarantee qualifiers this year.
Huh???? wrote:

30:29 will make it. I believe the 30:37 is the "on the outside" as in almost certainly not to make it.
