The head coach was told she must keep the staff for a year when she was hired. Not hard to believe that this is a tough situation and maybe it just was not a good fit. Even if he's doing a good job, if the staff is dysfunctional because they don't get along or work well together, then it's best to move on and find somebody new. I imagine it's very hard to come in as a head coach and have the staff another person assembled and that could be united forced on you. At least two of those on staff tried for the job she got. This could just be her finding her own people, which she has every right to do.
