Turned 30 today, what can I expect from my body & life moving forward?
You should stop saying "moving forward" for starters
30 is easy; late 30s is when you need to start to worry. By that time you typically have more responsibilities--family and kids, job, etc--and your body doesn't recover as quickly. Two most annoying things: 1) lack of free time and 2) and increased risk/ duration of injuries.
All these things are manageable though. Pick a supportive spouse, be willing to compromise and take some time off when necessary and all will be good.
I don't know your situation, but you probably have a good 6-8 years before things get a good bit tougher.
Good luck
what do you want from life?
what are you prepared to do to create the life you want?
You will find that more people you know personally are getting serious diseases. On the up side, you will likely be a lot more financially stable.
