Slightly arrogantly he said that “the hardest part of coaching is recruiting”. Seriously? It must be pretty hard to sit down in front of a computer and read through some international performance lists.
I don’t get why LRC doesn’t like BYU more. There scorers were 100% local boys, and most of them actually didn’t serve a 2 year mission, taking away away that excuse.
You are way out of touch, man. Have you ever recruited at the Division I level? Recruiting IS the most time consuming and stressful part of the job. Especially at the highest level - there is pressure because if you don't get good kids or the right ones it can have a major impact on your program for several years. The actual coaching aspect is the easy part.
