It is good to see that the Ingebrigtsens are supporting local races in Norway.
Jakob just did a 11.05 4k, and his 11 year old sister ran 15.31.

That's 13:51 5k pace for Jakob
and
19:23 5k pace for the little sister
4k ~ 2.5 miles

That little sisters time is impressive.
Who many Ingebrigtsen's are there?
The 4k is (good for a hobby jogger but) less impressive for an elite. Craig Mottram did the Tan (3.84km) in 10:08, in quite hot weather. Just over 13min 5k pace.

What hobby jogger runs 4:24 mile pace for 800m let alone 2.5 miles lmao, and at 17

None. But i think his point was that it is slower than jakob's 5000m pr pace, for a shorter distance. However, we dont know:
1) if he went all out
2) if the course has any hills
He has not trained for the previous 2 weeks. This is only as a favour.
Jakob >>>>>Ingrid
19:23 pace is clearly excellent but not Grace Ping level. She ran 17.x at 11 for 5 actual kms.
Probably a good thing. She is probably minimally trained so far.

I think it is great that the Ingebrigtsens are supporting local clubs by participating.
