Sub2:28: Lets see. I got in on Thursday. Left at 6am EST and arrived in LAX at 8am. 3 hour layover there then a short flight to Sacramento. Did an easy shakeout run from my airbnb, sat around, then another short double around 7pm I think. Went to bed at 9pm. I normally take melatonin to help get on a time zone and that worked. Otherwise I just didn't really think about it. Since I was here for so short I just pretended that I didn't change at all and just went to bed at 8-9pm and woke up at 6-7am on the other days besides the race.
Thelastcall: I can try and get a google doc with everything in just number format but I do log on Running2win.
