I worked up from 20 mpw to 50-55 which I held for about a month, and now I feel fresh at around 30 mpw. This week we did 3 mile repeats and my first was 5:08, while my PR from last year was 5:23!

What was the target times for the workout? What were the times for the other reps? Anyway, good running
with a pr like that you should be pring in the mile on every easy run
the question is.... why are you doing mile repeats this early in the season
