The live stream has been great. 2 hours to go tonight, B & G 5K ends the schedule this evening. As noted on another thread, Sydney McLoughlin crushed her 400M leg, broke .50 & came from way back to win the event for her team.

The boys 5k was Litttttttt with a 5:36 last 2k and a quick last 400 by sophomore Ryan Oosting to win in 14:36 in 80 degree weather... That's fast for that age. He seems like he's just started coming on recently after running 9:45 last year as a freshmen. This guy could be good.

He really moved out that last lap, quite a strong runner for only out of 10th grade.
