There are no aerodynamic/ hydronamic concerns involved with weightlifting.
Full length tights will by definition restrict movement and possibly alter muscle firing patterns
Top level power lifters rarely wear full length tights (see above)
Full length tights are expensive.
Given the above, the only reason to wear full length tights without over shorts is to draw attention to your package and as$. This is known as peacocking.
