6) don't carry a gallon of water everywhere, it makes you look like a tool. Some people may not know this but if you can bring a normal water bottle you can fill it back up. Who would've thought of that.

6. Get off the damn phone. Gym equipment is for working out, not a place to park your butt while you text your friends or watch porn. This is an even more important rule for gals, but my gym has plenty of guys hogging equipment in this way too.

6. Don't walk around naked in the locker room. Wrap a towel, thank you.

7. Ripped Human

If you just want to get ripped and not big then do more sets and more reps! Eat healthy! And you are on your way. It will take you 5-6 months to see all that define muscle. Diet is a must!

Yeah....like people are really going to stop doing that 😄. At my gym, you got 70 year old war vets standing around naked in the locker room talking about the old days. "Excuse me gentleman...please put some clothes on while you dicuss your adventures" --- like that will go over real good with these guys.

10. Get the stupid protein shakes out of the locker room.

The place is crowded enough as it is without you doing your wanker-motion on your protein shaker bottle for ten minutes.

Dudes, I think you're both just dumb. If you're uncomfortable around naked men not only are you unnecessarily modest but you also have issues with the natural way humans look. Good gosh, we're the only mammal of the entire mammal population that decided to cover our naked bodies. Now all of a sudden PC Modesty is trying to eliminate where people can be nude and converse at the same time. If you don't like this type of club join one where there are no locker rooms. Otherwise either grow up or F'off!!!

How about taking the time to take the ten 45's off of the leg press? You've been on the machine for 45 minutes anyway.

Bonus: wouldn't it be something to have a front desk worker look you in the eye and welcome you? At least just pretend that you don't hate your job.

Unlike some of the above, these are legitimate complaints.

"uncomfortable around naked men?" Yeah...the one's with big guts over their waistline and man boobs dragging to the ground 😄. That's the trouble with some of you old guys who join a gym. It's not a place to hang out naked for hours in the locker room goofing off and socalizing about your good ole days. You should be hammering those weights and going for it. Look at 69 yr old Arnold in this video. He's in better shape than most men half his age! Do you see him goofing off here? Check out his pipes 💪. C'mon old guys; get with the program...be in it to win it!
