Hi all! I am moving up to jog the 400 meters this weekend. I am SO worried though that I will not make it to the finish. So I was wondering if all you experience 400 joggers used Gu or Power Gel, and where should I take it in the race. Also, would it be better to use a Camel Bak or a Fuel Belt. One more thing, I want to carry my digital camera, I would use a fanny pack, but I don't want that to slow me down.
So Any tips for this first time experience woul be great!
