I was out w/ a tibial stress fracture for 8/9ish weeks. Before, I used the NB Vongo Fresh Foam shoes strictly. After my injury, I switched to the Hoka Clifton 3s, and after a couple of weeks of returning to running, I started getting knee pain/runners knee/tendinitis.
I know it could be other factors, but I have never had joint pain from running. Should I go back to the stability shoes? I have a medium/normal arch, I have a healthy pronation. However, I feel my knees do buckle more with the neutral shoes (Clifton 3s) over my stability (Vongos).
