Fat acceptance?
BMI is not often a proper indicator of..anything for runners.
If that was the case, anyone with a BMI over 25 should stop running for the sheer logic that they are fat
But then take the issue farther.
No medical professional would call a man with a 34-35 inch waist fat.
Invariably, you might, but that is not medically sound.
