When you race, do you wear a shirt under your singlet, or do you just go with the singlet? What do you think of track runners who do wear one?
I understand its at one's own discretion, I'm just looking for the common opinion. I'll probably do whatever I darn well want.
If you're good, go ahead it looks kind of old school cool. Probably white or black only though.
If you're fat, lol.
If you're skinny and not good, you look like a NAF.
Most people including me go with just the singlet unless if it's really really cold. What's the point of wearing a shirt underneath? All it does it make it hotter and harder to run.
I wear one of the sleeveless black under armour compression shirts under it, it's very breathable and dries quick. I've got a long sleeve one for cold weather.
Most people rock the singlet only. If you aren't comfortable in it then wear a shirt.
If your singlet is already compression don't rock a compression shirt. If not your choice!
